Dyson VisNav Robot vacuum

Working with a very talented team of engineers, we had to create the concept for the next generation Dyson Floor cleaning Robot for the US. We decided that a D-shape would be better as it gained better access to corners and edges. A central centre of gravity was also essential to allow the robot to be better at step climbing, so we laid out the battery pack at the rear in a split configuration. Developing the robot, aligning with the software and hardware electronics teams, research teams and James was very challenging, but hugely rewarding.
